One hundred and seventeen communities in Wyoming do not have a Southern Baptist church or Harvest Ministry Point, and 64 communities are without any known evangelical witness. As the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention’s church planting and evangelism strategist, Don Whalen is working on a new strategy to impact these areas.
